NEWTOWN SQUARE–On Oct. 25 at approximately 2:30 p.m., Newtown police responded to Echo Valley Lane for a reported domestic incident. Upon arrival, police met with the female homeowner who told police her husband was highly intoxicated and lying on the kitchen floor, according to the report.

According to the report, the woman told police she received a call from her children's school earlier that afternoon advising her that her children have not been picked up at school yet by their father. The woman told police she immediately noticed her husband was "acting strange" when he arrived home, according to the report. She told police he walked in staggering, spoke to her with a slurred speech, and laid down on the kitchen floor, according to the report. When she asked her husband if he had been drinking, he responded, "No." According to the report, the woman then went to his vehicle and noticed a half-empty bottle of Vodka on the driver's side floor.
