Missing Newtown Square Man Found Dead in VA
Yaron Bernstein was last seen in November in Philadelphia.
The 22-year-old Newtown Township man, who has been missing since November, has been found dead in Virginia, according to Newtown Police Chief Christopher Lunn.
Yaron Bernstein was last seen on Nov. 13 leaving a friend’s apartment building at 1151 N. 3rd Street in Philadelphia.
His disappearance was considered suspicious, according to Lunn.
Bernstein's body washed up from the bay in the Norfolk area, earlier this month, according to Lunn.
The manner of his death was determined to be drowning and is being investigated by police in Norfolk as a suspicious death, according to Lunn.
Bernstein's family had offered a $100,000 reward for information leading to his safe return.
