Side Mirrors Ripped from Cars, Police Say

Also, a house was egged in a separate incident, police say.

Vandalism—unit block of Evergreen Avenue in Broomall at about 6:27 p.m. on April 13—Sometime overnight unknown persons ripped off both sideview mirrors of a 2005 Ford Focus, according to the report. The vehicle was parked in the driveway and the victim told police she was awoken at about 2:30 a.m. by a loud noise and when she looked out the window she saw two young teenagers running through her neighbor's yard across the street, according to the report. The two mirrors were not left behind, according to the report.

Vandalism—unit block of Evergreen Avenue in Broomall at about 5:55 p.m. on April 13—Sometime after 7:30 p.m. on April 12 unknown persons ripped off both sideview mirrors of a 2002 Honda Accord, according to the report. The victim told police she is not having any problems with anyone and has no idea who may be responsible, according to the report. The two mirrors were not left behind, according to the report.

Vandalism—300 block of N. Central Blvd. in Broomall at about 9:26 a.m. on April 19—A victim reported that her house was egged overnight between midnight and 1 a.m., according to the report. The victim told police her husband is a substitute teacher in the Marple Newtown School District and she was not sure if there was any connection to him teaching and the house being egged, according to the report.
