State Police Announce Sergeant, Corporal Promotions

Pennsylvania State Police Commissioner Frank Noonan announced Monday the promotion of several members to the rank of sergeant and corporal. 

Thirty-seven members of the Pennsylvania State Police have been promoted to the rank of sergeant and 108 others have been promoted to the rank of corporal, Commissioner Frank Noonan announced.

• Robert J. Buczynski of Plains, Luzerne County; Troop P, Wyoming; Troop K, Media; 2001;

• Michael P. Skahill of Broomall, Delaware County; Troop K, Philadelphia; Troop K, Media; 1994;

• Ryan D. Stefanick of Sugarloaf, Luzerne County; Troop N, Hazletown; Troop K, Media; 2002;
