Stolen BMW Found at JFK Airport

A Newtown Township resident discovers his vehicle is missing from the driveway, police say.

A BMW was stolen from a Newtown Township resident's driveway and recovered at JFK Airport in New York, according to Newtown Township Police. 

A resident of the unit block of Sleepy Hollow Drive told police that he noticed his 2013 BMW was stolen from his driveway some time between noon on Oct. 7 and 10 a.m. on Oct. 8, according to police.

Police provided the man with a report in order to start the process of notifying BMW assistance to see if they could locate the car through the GPS system, according to police.

The vehicle was recovered at JFK Airport, about 130 miles away, on Oct. 10, according to police.
