Trial Date Set for Ex-Assistant DA

Michael Donohue is charged with driving under the influence, aggravated and simple assault.

MEDIA–The Delco Times is reporting that a Novemeber 13 trial date has been set for a Haverford man who is being charged in an Upper Darby hit-and-run case.

Michael Donohue, a former prosecutor with the Delaware County District Attorney's Office, is alleged to have been invovled in an accident that sent a 14-year-old Haverford High School boy to the hospital.
