A woman stole several DVDs from one store and then sold them to a consignment shop minutes later in the same shopping center, according to Marple Township Police.

Police responded to ACME in Lawrence Park Shopping Center in Broomall for a retail theft at about 11:51 a.m. on Jan. 6 and were told a woman took 14 DVDs off the shelf and left the store without paying for them, according to police.

After leaving the store the 19-year-old Primos woman was seen entering Plato’s Closet also in Lawrence Park Shopping Center, according to police.
