Belanger said usage grew from 5,400 sessions in 2010 to 9,500 in 2011.

Nationally, there have been more than 8 million sessions and counting, according to the Tutor.com.

"Kids now are trained on computers. It’s a wonderful tutorial program, especially for kids that perhaps don’t have parents available to them all the time," said County Councilman John McBlain. "And the feedback is absolutely tremendous."
