NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Newtown Township will hold a public hearing commencing at 7:30 P.M., November 28, 2011 at the Newtown Township Municipal Building located at 209 Bishop Hollow Road, Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, to consider the following application for conditional use:

Conditional Use Application No. 2011-04 Application of Dixon Homes, LLC for conditional use approval pursuant to Sections 134-7.A(2) and 134-7.B(2) of the Newtown Township Steep Slope Ordinance to allow an individual driveway to a proposed single-family detached dwelling through steep and very steep slopes on the property located at Lot 8 and Lot 9 Philips Lane, Newtown Square, PA 19073. The subject property consists of approximately 2.75 acres and is located within the R-1 Residential Zoning District. The property is known as tax parcel map nos. 30-28-002 and 30-28-003.

Copies of the application materials are available for public inspection without charge, or obtained for the cost of copying, during normal business hours at the Newtown Township Municipal Building, 209 Bishop Hollow Road, Newtown Square, Pennsylvania (610) 356-0200. An opportunity will be afforded to any citizen and to all parties in interest to be heard with respect to this application.
