Marple Library Hosts Senior Information Meeting Oct. 7

State Representative Greg Vitali will hold a meeting on Friday, Oct. 7, at the , 2599 Sproul Road, Broomall, to educate senior citizens in Marple Newtown about government services available to them.
 
A panel of experts will discuss social security, healthcare choices, and services that are available through the Delaware County Office of Services for the Aging.
 
Kim Andrews from APPRISE, a state-funded program that helps Medicare beneficiaries understand their Medicare and health choice options, and make sound, educated decisions about what is best for them, is scheduled to speak. Also scheduled to speak are Marie Bonita from the Delaware County Office of Services for the Aging and Ed Lafferty from the Social Security Administration.
 
Light refreshments will be served. People who attend should use the entrance on the side of the building.
