"Mighty Macs" Writer/Producer Tim Chambers Visits EA

The writer, producer, and director of the major motion picture The Mighty Macs, Tim Chambers, will speak in The Class of 1944 Chapel at The Episcopal Academy at 9:40 am on Tuesday, October 18th. All are welcome to attend. For directions to Episcopal Academy, visit www.episcopalacademy.org/directions. Chambers will speak to students in 9th grade through 12th grade on the “immortality of influence,” a theme that runs through the movie.

The Mighty Macs is the first theatrical release from Quaker Media, an innovative production company that creates, produces, manages, distributes, and syndicates unique media content. Operated by Tim Chambers and Vince Curran (executive producer), Quaker Media is named in honor of the alma mater of the two founders: The University of Pennsylvania. He has served as the Director of the Pennsylvania Film Office for Governor Tom Ridge, he's a former partner in Solaris Entertainment, and former VP of Development for Stuart Benjamin Production. Chambers is the Executive Producer of Farmers Almanac TV, which airs in 40 million homes on RFD-TV. He created, produced, and launched the Real Estate on Demand channel for Comcast. Chambers is also the founder and CEO of Tango Traffic.
