Marple Newtown Senior Named to Third Team All-State

Cimmirrow Moat was named to the PA Football News All-State third team.

NEWTOWN SQUARE– Tigers running back was recently awarded with high honors and named to the PA Football News All-State third team offense, announced MarpleNewtownFootball.com.

According to MarpleNewtownFootball.com, Moat also earned an honorable mention from EasternPAFootball.com.

The announcement comes after a list of other awards and recognitions given to the senior for his excellent sportsmanship and athleticism throughout the 2011 football season.

Garnet Valley running back Justin Pyle, Ridley linebacker Jalen Randolph and Upper Darby defensive back Fred Thorpe all earned second-team honors. Strath Haven defensive lineman P.J. Plummer, Ridley linebacker Shane Dougherty and Springfield linebacker Tyler Morrissey were named to the third-team defense.
