MNHS Class of 2012 Graduate With $9.2M in Scholarships, Awards

Marple Newtown High School graduated 287 students at Villanova University on June 14.

VILLANOVA–On June 14th, graduated 287 students at Villanova University.

According to the school, 92 percent of the student body will continue on to post graduate education having received over $9.2 million in scholarships and awards.

The class included , and Gregory Stulpin and: Adam Helker, Allison Hughes, Rebecca Lin, Min Sim, Michael Wozniak and David Yeroushalmi.

Pledge of allegiance was led by Lauren Riddell, president of Marple Newtown High School's Student Council. Class greeting was given by Samantha Newman, president of the Class of 2012. Student commencement speakers were Joseph Howanski and Jessica Smith.

The following are a list of the colleges and universities where the Marple Newtown Class of 2012 have been accepted and will be continuing their post graduate education:
Boston College, Boston University, Bryn Mawr College, Bucknell, Cornell, Drexel, Franklin and Marshall, Lafayette, Loyola, North Carolina State, Penn State, SUNY - Purchase, Temple, Towson, University of Arizona, University of California - Berkley, University of Delaware, University of Maryland, University of Pennsylvania, University of Pittsburgh, University of the Sciences, University of Virginia and the United Stated Naval Academy.
