Paxon Hollow Wins Potter Cup

Haverford and Paxon Hollow middle schools faced-off in a heated competition during the 11th Annual Potter Cup on Jan. 17 but Paxon Hollow came out victorious sweeping each event.

Potter Cup, which benefits Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, is awarded to the school that wins two out of three of the sporting competitions. 

Students and teachers participated in a pep-rally before competing in games like wrestling and boys’ and girls’ basketball. 

This year's Potter Cup raised $41,000 for Alex’s Lemonade Stand, according to the Delaware County News Network.
