St. Annies Spelling Bee Winners

Fourth, Sixth, Seventh and Eighth grade classes at St. Anastasia School held spelling bee contests during Catholic Schools Week.

NEWTOWN SQUARE–During Catholic Schools Week (Jan. 29–Feb. 5), held a spelling bee contest for several grades. The fourth, sixth, seventh and eighth grade classes participated in a spelling bee.

Winners of the fourth-grade spelling bee contest were Jerry Blaisse and Chris Zack. Winners of the sixth through eighth grade spelling bee contest were seventh-grade students Isabelle Rullo and Katie Carpenter, and sixth-grade student Farran Dougherty.

This year's theme for Catholic Schools Week is Faith, Academics, and Service.
