Vendors Needed For 1st Annual MNHS Arts & Crafts Fair

The arts & crafts fair at Marple Newtown High School will benefit the Student Sunshine Scholarship Fund.

NEWTOWN SQUARE–Marple Newtown High School is holding its first-ever arts & crafts fair to benefit a student scholarship fund. The fair is currently in need of vendors. Below is the information provided from the district website:

The Student Sunshine Scholarship Fund of Marple Newtown High School is sponsoring their 1st Annual Arts & Crafts Fair. This scholarship Fund will provide for students in our building who may be facing a financial hardship. We want ALL of our students to have the best experience possible by participating in all we have to offer. Whether a student wishes to buy a yearbook, go to a school dance, go on a field trip, join in on our LINK weekend, show sportsmanship on the athletic fields and more, will no longer be avoided due to financial reasons. We want everyone to feel the Marple Pride. 

When: The fair will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2013, rain or shine.

Where: The fair will be held on the grounds of Marple Newtown High School located at 120 Media Line Road, Newtown Square, PA 19073 in the back parking lot. 

Time: Set up will be open to all vendors at 7am and the fair will be open to the public from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Vendors will need to clean up and clear the school grounds by 4 p.m. 

Cost: Each vendor space costs $45 by advanced registration. If not sold out on the day of the fair, each vendor space will cost $50.  A vendor space will measure approximately (30’ by 18’). Vendor spaces are limited to a 130 spaces. 

Participation: Please complete the bottom of this form (view PDF file under photo gallery), detach and return it to the address below.  Please make your check out to MNHS SS. All spaces are sold on a first come, first served basis. You will receive and email confirmation with further information.  Additional information such as a placard and confirmation letter will be sent via email and via U.S. mail.  All vendors are responsible for bringing all tables, racks, sun shade, chairs, etc. that you may need.
