Worrall Students Get Silly, Raise $1,300 for School

Worrall Elementary School students collected over 13,000 Box Tops found on General Mills food packages to help raise money for the school.

BROOMALL– held a Silly String Spray duel on Nov. 10 in celebration of the school's successful fundraiser in collecting over 13,000 in Box Tops or $1,300.

Box Tops are found on General Mills food packages, in which students saved and collected to help fundraise for Worrall school. The collected money will go towards the school's general fund to help pay for field trips, educational software, technology, assemblies, etc.

The top three students who collected the most Box Tops were rewarded with a Silly String duel with teachers and staff. Matthew and Elizabeth Williams sent in 1,690 ($169) Box Tops and Kristina Tulli sent in 620 ($62) Box Tops.
