MNHS Band's FUNraiser and Reunion

The Marple Newtown High School Band Parents Association will host its first annual FUNraiser and Reunion on Saturday, August 13, 7-11 p.m., at the Knights of Columbus Hall at 327 North Newtown Street Road (Route 252) in Newtown Square, PA. All MNHS band alumni, family and friends ages 21 and up are invited to the event, which will also kick off the 2011-2012 marching season. The event includes tender roast beef sandwiches, ice-cold beer on tap, delectable side dishes, coffee and desserts. Original music and covers will be performed by The Nodd, including MN Tiger Band Class of 1994 alumnus Douglas Gillin. Tickets are available for $30 donation (cash or check) at the door. All the evening's proceeds will go to support the Marple Newtown High School Tiger Band.
