Mom and Daughter Fitness Class For moms and daughters ages 5-12yrs
Build in time every week to laugh and learn with your mom/daughter while at the same time getting healthier and stronger together! Set to all the best new and old party music, this class consists of fun, challenging partner exercises including aerobics, strengthening exercises, stretching, and yoga poses for a complete conditioning program. Be a great role model to your daughter; let her see that taking care of yourself is a priority in your life and experience how rewarding and uplifting exercise truly is!
Class is taught by Certified Personal Trainer, Debbi Coren.
