O'Hara Girls on a Run with a Guardian Angel

The Catholic League Champions are on a quest for PIAA glory, with a dynamic leader and a guardian angel.

SPRINGFIELD TWP.—When the girls of Cardinal O'Hara take the floor Tuesday night in the semi-finals of the PIAA girls basketball tournament, they'll have the wildly enthusiastic support of an entire school broader community, including parents.

See the note at the bottom of this story for game details.

They'll also be motivated by the legacy of one father whose love and support has inspired the team all year. His story has also bonded them into what their coach calls a group of girls who are now more like sisters.
