Blind Dog Needs Loving Home

This shih tzu blend may be blind but that doesn't slow this pup down. Karmer has some wild hair just like his namesake and he is super snuggly. He'll climb right into your lap, waiting to be scratched. He gets along with just about anyone and will fit nicely into a loving family. Kramer is available for adoption at the Delaware County SPCA.

UPDATE: Dog Chalky has been adopted but Cat Smokey is still available for adoption.
