Loomis Elementary Creates Quilts for Make-A-Wish Foundation

BROOMALL– gave their annual helping hand to the Make-A-Wish Foundation by creating the "caring quilts."

The quilting project was the school's 15th year in supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation. The quilts will be donated to children in need.

Each year, everyclassroom receives materials to design a 16-square quilt. Coordinated by PTO mom Mari Jo Gannon, parents and volunteers worked together with the students to craft a theme to decorate the quilt squares. The quilts were sewn together by volunteer Beth Morgan.
