SAP Offers a Helping Hand

SAP's launches its 9th Annual Month of Service.

On October 2, more than 350 Newtown Square employees took a stand against hunger and volunteered their time packing meals for less fortunate families in the Greater Philadelphia region.

Partnering with Outreach Inc., an organization whose mission is to provide clean water, food, medical care and education to children both in the United States and abroad, this large-scale service event officially launched SAP’s 9th Annual Month of Service in the Americas and signified SAP’s commitment to support World Hunger Month.

By participating in Month of Service, employees can volunteer with colleagues during virtual, team build, and skills-based volunteer experiences.  While Month of Service focuses the company’s efforts and resources for maximum impact through a wide range of efforts in October, thousands of SAP employees also make a difference through ongoing volunteer opportunities available throughout the year.
