What's going on this week in Marple and Newtown? Here's what we found but be sure to add anything we may have missed in the comments below.
- The Marple Newtown Fourth of July Parade starts at 10 a.m. on Thursday. The parade route will float down the westbound lanes of West Chester Pike, beginning at St. Albans Circle and ending at Broomall Fire House.
- All traffic will be on the eastbound side of West Chester Pike during the parade. Both east and west bound traffic will occupy a single lane in each direction on the east bound side.
- Marple Township Board of Commissioners work session meeting on Monday, July 1 is canceled.
- Marple Township offices will be closed on Thursday.
- Newtown Township offices will be closed Thursday and Friday.
