Be very cautious in dealing with this business. We were sold a defective dishwasher and were treated horribly in trying to resolve the issue. We were told that there are no replacements, just repairs. We were accused of breaking it. Only when the manufacturer's rep came out and verified that the damage occurred during manufacturing did D&K agree to give us a new dishwasher. We had dealt with D&K for years with no problem, but never again. I'll take my chances at a Best Buy or Sears.
