This place is just awful. Their "swim school" is a joke. I took my three year old to get swim lessons. His first instructor was not really great with kids. He was ok. But then he stopped showing up without an email or a phone call. DO NOT COMPLAIN though the director whom has no people skills said she has issues with all of her instructors and to just grin an bear it. No apology. Then in the middle of our 7 week session she fired out instructor and we got a new one. She was good until she stopped showing up. No call or email. When I said something again to the director she told us we should be honored to have this new instructor because she is a swim coach. She never said sorry....No one there does. This is the 4th time the instructor did not show up, so our 7 week session is now a 12 week session. HE IS NEVER GOING TO LEARN TO SWIM THIS WAY. And this past time my son ended up in tears because he just wanted to swim and his instructor was not there again. And on top of everything else they are over priced and I feel like I am basically paying them to waste my time and make my son cry. Try to Y...that is where we are going. They get great reviews. Do not waste your time or money....they do not care about you, your time, or your children.
