I cannot speak for others, but I was very disappointed in my shopping experience. I was a first time customer. My account was debited twice for UGG boots. Bottom line, the store would not refund the DEBIT mistake with the cash I was entitled to, but would only put the refund in as credit. I counted on that money for Christmas shopping. I should not have to wait until after Christmas for the money to be credited. In my estimation, their practices are not up to expectations and the owner was quite condescending with his weak explanations. No remorse for the mistake. They will never get my business ever, ever, ever again!
