Court Rules in Favor of Feldman, 'Octomom' Needs To Give Ring Back
A court ruling on the civil lawsuit between Broomall resident and celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman and 'Octomom' Nadya Suleman was held on Jan. 9.
BROOMALL–A hearing was scheduled on Wednesday morning before Magisterial District Judge Robert D'Agostino in District Court #32-1-24 in regards to a civil lawsuit between Broomall resident and celebrity boxing promoter Damon Feldman and 'Octomom' Nadya Suleman. Suleman and her attorney were nowhere in sight at Wednesday morning's court hearing in Broomall. According to court employees, Suleman's attorney had called the court to try and push back the hearing. In addition, Suleman never signed the court documents that were sent to her, said a court employee. A ruling was announed by mid-afternoon on Wednesday.
