The Marple Newtown Football Boosters hosted the annual year-end banquet on Sunday at Rolling Green Golf Club. All members of the 2012 Tiger football team were honored, including the presentation of several awards.

NEWTOWN SQUARE–Todd Fairlie, a 2002 Marple Newtown High School graduate and current head football coach of the Episcopal Academy Churchmen, was recently named as Coach of the Year by delcofootball.com. A truly Cinderella story, Fairlie brought the Churchmen from a three-win squad to winning the Inter-Ac league championship, 10-0, according to Delcofootball.com.
