MaryEllen Stephens is a graduate of West Chester University where she majored in education. She is a certified teacher and a tenacious special education advocate.

The teacher in her will never stop learning or yearning for an opportunity to teach. Although she is no longer in a regular classroom, the world of instant media communication provides her with a virtual classroom. She is a proud stay at home mother of four little girls. She loves all things free and believes, “Frugal is the new black.”
