The PRC Farmers' Market runs every Wednesday through October and this week you can find Urban Essence Salon and Spa.

What is Urban Essence Salon and Spa: 

We make handcrafted, luxury bath and body products, like soaps, lotions, shower gels, body scrubs, body butters and bath teas. 

What's in Season:

We sell everything all year long. We make all sorts of fragrances for everyone. 

Most Popular Item:

Maybe the body soaps, but everyone likes a little bit of everything. The scrubs are great for the skin and the body butters are great for moisturizing. Body butter is a moisturizing cream that is thicker than a lotion, with a mix of shea butter, coco butter, sweet almond oil, sesame seed oil and other secret ingredients. 

Why Bring Your Goods to the Farmers Market:

We were looking at other avenues to sell and try to get our product out to more people. Usually at farmers markets people want to come out for food but while you take care of your insides, you want to take care of your outside and your skin, as well. 

Best Part of the Farmers Market:

The people, that's first, the second best thing is that everything is fresh and handmade. If it's not grown, someone made it. Also, you can talk to the people who are actually producing the product that you are buying. Farmers market customers are more knowledgable and want a quality product. They are open to trying new things and always come back and say they loved it.
