What's going on this week in Marple and Newtown? Here's what we found but be sure to add anything we may have missed in the comments below.

  • Bryn Mawr Avenue will be closed between Route 3 (West Chester Pike) and Malin Road in Newtown Township weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through July 19. Find more information here. 
  • Springfield Road in Springfield Township will be closed between Route 1 (State Road) and Old Marple Road on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. through the end of August.
  • Marple Township Board of Supervisors meeting at 7 p.m. on Monday, July 8. Find the meeting agenda here. 
  • Marple and Newtown libraries are now closed on Sundays through August. 
  • PRC Newtown Square Farmers Market at Mostardi's on Wednesday 
  • Newtown Township Board of Supervisors meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, July 8
  • Newtown Planning Commission meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 11
